In mid-2007, a delegation of key representatives from the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) in Egypt, Allied Soft and its U.S. based office and business partners, Business Processing Solutions, attended an event hosted by the National Arab American Medical Association (NAAMA) in Orlando, Florida.

Allied Soft is the first information technology service provider in Egypt and the Middle East to offer pioneering healthcare-oriented technology services. This fact has rendered Allied a natural choice to be the guest of honor at the prestigious NAAMA event. During the event, Allied Soft showcased its various solutions in business and knowledge process outsourcing in the healthcare sector in an initiative for the association members to outsource various functions to offshore service providers, specifically Egypt.

“At NAAMA we had the opportunity to meet with prominent American physicians from Arab origins who were eager to work with IT firms in the Middle East,” said Mr. Omar Ali, Allied Soft Marketing Director. “We were really glad to see these physicians coming from all over the State of Florida to attend our presentation and we are currently working with them on customizing our services according to their business specifics, whether these be medical transcription, medical billing and coding, or development of electronic medical records.”

Another Allied Soft delegation is scheduled to travel to the US within the next few months to get together with NAAMA members in order to solidify relationships that were developed earlier this year and hopefully to finalize agreements for providing medical services to US based physicians.
